Our Services

EDS converts customer-supplied artwork into machine-ready embroidery files. Files are digitized by hand and delivered in the machine format you select at checkout. These Terms apply to every order placed through the Site, by email, or through any other channel we offer.

Placing an Order

To place an order, you upload your artwork, select a pricing tier, choose your placement and machine format, and submit your order for production. No account or upfront payment is required to place an order. You are responsible for making sure the artwork and details you submit, including machine format, placement, and dimensions, are accurate and complete. Turnaround begins once we have everything needed to start work.

Pricing and Payment

Orders are priced at a flat rate by tier, not by stitch count:

• Standard, $15 — left-chest logos, polos, caps
• Portrait, $25 — vertical designs, badges, detailed artwork
• Full Size, $60 — jacket backs, large designs, event logos

Orders are invoiced on delivery; no payment is required to place an order. Repeat customers may set up monthly invoicing, and volume discounts are available for shops sending regular work. Invoices are payable using the method specified on the invoice. If you pay online, payment is processed by a third-party payment processor, and we do not collect or store your full card number.

Promotional pricing, including introductory rates for first-time customers, may apply and will be reflected on your invoice.

Revisions Policy

Revisions are free and unlimited. If a delivered file needs an adjustment, whether to fix an issue or to better match your artwork, let us know and we will revise it. Because every file is produced for your specific order, we do not offer refunds once a file has been delivered; a revision is how we correct any issue with the work.

Turnaround Times

Standard rush orders are completed in 1 to 2 hours at no additional charge. Complex designs are completed within 8 hours, and complicated jacket-back designs within 12 hours. These commitments begin once we have received complete, usable artwork and order details; unclear, low-resolution, or incomplete artwork may extend turnaround while we follow up with you.

Your Artwork and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any artwork, logo, or design you submit to us. By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own it or otherwise have the right to have it reproduced and digitized, and you agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from artwork you did not have the right to submit. We use your artwork only to produce, revise, and deliver your order, and we do not feature it in our portfolio, case studies, or marketing without your separate, explicit permission.

Delivered Files

Once an order is delivered, you may use the digitized embroidery file for your own production purposes. We may retain a copy of order files to support future revisions, reorders, or our own record-keeping.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit artwork you do not have the right to use, and not to use the Site or our services for any unlawful purpose. EDS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect the submitted artwork contains unauthorized copyrighted or trademarked material, or if the order otherwise violates these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We produce every file by hand to run correctly on the machine format you specify. Minor variation in thread color, stitch density, or run time between machines and materials is normal and is not a defect. Beyond the free revisions described above, the Site and our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EDS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site or our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
