Digital Delivery & Revisions Policy

Overview

Every order we complete is a digital product: a machine-ready embroidery file, produced by hand and delivered electronically. This policy covers how that delivery works, what comes with it, and how revisions are handled if anything needs adjusting.

How Delivery Works

Your digitized file is delivered by email once production is complete. We deliver the machine format you selected when placing your order by default. If you also need the file in another format, let us know and we will send it on request.

What Every Order Includes

Every order comes with:

• Your digitized embroidery file in the machine format you selected
• A digital preview of the design
• A PDF or JPG color chart showing the thread colors used

Turnaround Times

Standard rush orders are completed in 1 to 2 hours. Complex designs are completed within 8 hours, and complicated jacket-back designs within 12 hours. These commitments begin once we have received complete, usable artwork and order details; unclear, low-resolution, or incomplete artwork may extend turnaround while we follow up with you.

Revisions Policy

Revisions are free and unlimited. If a delivered file needs an adjustment to better match your artwork or to run correctly on your machine, let us know and we will revise it at no additional charge. There is no limit on how many rounds of revision a single order can go through.

Rush Orders

Rush turnaround of 1 to 2 hours is available at no additional charge. There is no separate rush fee added to your order for choosing faster turnaround.

If Something Is Missing or Incorrect

If you did not receive your file, received the wrong format, or the delivered file does not match what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible. We will send the correct file or make it right through our revisions process.
