THE PROCESS
Six steps, start to finish

1. Upload your artwork
JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, CDR, PSD, GIF, or a rough sketch all work. No account is required to start.

2. Tell us the details
Placement (left chest, cap, jacket back, sleeve, full front, or patch), your machine format, and fabric type if you know it. Pricing follows the design type: $15 Standard, $25 Portrait, or $60 Full Size, no quote step.

3. A digitizer builds your file by hand
No auto-digitizing software, ever. A digitizer sets stitch type, underlay, density, and sequencing for your specific fabric and placement. Rush turnaround is 1 to 2 hours, complex designs take up to 8, and complicated jacket backs take up to 12.

4. Your files are prepared
Every order includes a digital preview and a PDF or JPG color chart alongside the stitch file itself, so you know exactly what you are getting before it runs.

5. You review, we revise free
If anything needs adjusting, send it back. Revisions are free and unlimited, as many rounds as it takes to get the file right.

6. Delivered and invoiced
Your file arrives by email in the format you selected; other formats are sent on request. Every order is invoiced on delivery, nothing is due upfront, and repeat customers can move to monthly invoicing.

Auto-digitizing software traces a shape. It does not decide how thread should behave on your specific fabric. We build every file natively, using the software each format is built for, so nothing gets lost in an export.

Questions About the Process
[ First Design ] How much does my first design cost?
$5, on simple jobs. Send your first piece of artwork and we digitize it for $5 so you can run it on your own machine and see the file quality before you commit to full-price work. Every order after that runs at standard pricing.
[ Unfinished Artwork ] What if my artwork is not final yet?
Upload what you have. Our first step is reading the artwork for what will hold at size before anything is digitized, and we will flag anything that needs to change before we start.
[ Account ] Do I need to create an account to order?
No. Upload artwork, get the file, pay the invoice. Accounts are optional and only useful for shops that want monthly invoicing or saved machine formats.
[ Machine Format ] Do I need to know my machine format before I upload?
No. If you are not sure, upload the artwork and tell us your machine brand. We will match it to the correct format, DST, PES, JEF, EXP, VP3, XXX, or ART.
[ Turnaround ] How fast can I get my file?
Rush orders are ready in 1 to 2 hours at no extra charge. Complex designs take up to 8 hours, and jacket backs take up to 12, based on what the design actually requires.
[ Remediation ] What happens if the file does not run right on my machine?
Tell us what happened, thread breaks, gaps, letters closing up, and we revise it at no charge. Revisions are free and unlimited on every order.
[ No Auto-Digitizing ] Do you use auto-digitizing software to speed things up?
No, never. Every file is built by hand by a digitizer, regardless of price tier or turnaround.
