[ Approximate Sizing ] I don’t know the exact height and width yet, can I still order?
Yes. An approximate figure is fine when you upload. We confirm the exact tier, Standard, Portrait or Full Size, before any work starts.
[ No Account Needed ] Do I need to create an account to place this order?
No. Upload with just your name and email. Accounts are optional and only offered after your first delivery, for shops that want monthly invoicing or saved formats.
[ First Order Price ] How much is my first design?
Simple first orders on the Standard tier are $5 instead of $15. You’re invoiced on delivery, so nothing is paid before you see the file.
[ Choosing a Format ] I’m not sure which machine format to select.
Match it to your machine’s brand: DST for Tajima, PES for Brother or Babylock, JEF for Janome, EXP for Melco or Bernina, VP3 for Husqvarna Viking or Pfaff, XXX for Singer, ART for Bernina. Still not sure? Leave a note in the form and we confirm before starting.
[ File Types ] What file types can I upload here?
JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, CDR, PSD, GIF, or a rough sketch.
[ What You Receive ] What do I get back with this order?
Your machine-ready file in the format you selected, plus a PDF/JPG color chart and a digital preview. If you run more than one machine, ask and we send the other formats too.
[ Wrong Tier ] What if I’m not sure which tier my design falls into?
Upload it anyway. We confirm the correct tier before anything starts, so a rough guess on the form is fine.
[ Rush ] How do I get the 1-2 hour rush turnaround?
Toggle rush at checkout, or note it in Special Instructions if you don’t see the option. It’s 1-2 hours with no added charge.
[ Payment Timing ] When will I be invoiced for this order?
After your file is delivered, never before. No deposit and no card on file.
[ Revisions ] What if the file isn’t right the first time?
Revisions are free and unlimited until it runs clean on your machine.
[ If It Doesn’t Sew Right ] What if the file doesn’t run correctly once I have it?
Send over what your machine produced (thread breaks, gaps between fills, letters closing up, whatever it is) and we sew it on our own machine to check. If the file’s the issue, it’s fixed free and a corrected version is sent.
