No. It’s automatic on your first Standard-tier order. There’s nothing to enter and nothing to remember.
[ Wrong Tier ] What if my design doesn’t qualify for $5?
It’s still priced normally under whichever tier fits: $25 Portrait or $60 Full Size. You’ll know the price before you upload, no surprises either way.
[ File Format ] What format does my $5 file come in?
Whatever your machine reads: DST, PES, JEF, EXP, VP3, XXX, or ART. Tell us your machine brand at upload and we match the format, same as any other order.
[ After Your First Order ] What happens after my first order?
Standard-tier orders return to the regular $15 price starting with your second order.
[ Payment Timing ] Do I have to pay anything to submit my order?
No. Nothing is charged upfront. You’re invoiced once the file is delivered.
[ Quality ] Is the $5 file lower quality than a full-price order?
No. It’s digitized by hand by the same team, using the same process, with the same free revisions. The only difference is the price.
