Intellectual Property & DMCA Policy
Effective date:
This policy explains how Embroidery Digitizing Services (“EDS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles intellectual property on embroiderydigitizingservices.co (the “Site”), including the artwork you submit to us and how to report suspected copyright infringement.
Our Intellectual Property
The Site, including its text, layout, graphics, and underlying code, is owned by EDS or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. “Embroidery Digitizing Services” and our logo are our marks. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any part of the Site without our permission, other than the digitized files we deliver to you for your own use as described in our Terms of Service.
Your Artwork and Submitted Content
You retain ownership of any artwork, logo, or design you submit to us for digitizing. By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own it or otherwise have the right to have it reproduced and digitized. We use your artwork only to produce, revise, and deliver your order, and we do not feature it in our portfolio, case studies, or marketing without your separate, explicit permission.
Copyright and Trademark Compliance
We do not knowingly digitize artwork that infringes another party’s copyright or trademark. EDS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect the submitted artwork contains unauthorized copyrighted or trademarked material, and to remove any content from the Site that appears to infringe a third party’s rights.

- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
